My role is to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system for our programmes and initiatives under the overall guidance of the Head of Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. My responsibilities range from designing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework catering to the needs of the programmes and in line with our Strategy and Results Framework; supporting colleagues in developing theories of change and monitoring, evaluation and learning plans; designing and implementing initiative assessments and evaluations; supporting the maintenance of centre-wide performance data for key indicators; and supporting our internal review and planning processes, including ensuring quality reporting processes.
